Handling with the parts to clean is simple and safe. Soldering pallets or SMT oven filters are reloaded on the puscart while the machine is cleaning another batch. This eliminates downtime and provides comfortable time for reload. Operators do not need to lift and carry frames or baskets between reloading place and the machine.

Quality cleaning requires perfect filtration and minimal cross-contamination. Each PBT cleaning machine uses a separate closed loop pump and filtration system for each individual process step.
Machine washes parts by linear spray system with the water based cleaning agent in a fully closed loop through complete mechanical filtration.

The square layout of the fixed nozzles and the oscillating basket ensure highly reproducible cleaning results for every position of the part to be cleaned in the chamber.
The extremely efficient hot air drying system reduces drying time to a minimum.
The pressure and flow on the spray nozzles are continuously monitored by the control system. Values out of range typically indicates mechanical filter to be exchanged, or nozzles to be reviewed.
Perfect cleaning result requires detailed programming, quick visual and parametric evaluation of the entire process.
HMI is PC controlled for easy programming and display of all process parameters. Each process step may have up to five sub steps for more precise setting on challenging cleaning tasks.

Traceability file contains all set to real process parameters and messages. Handheld 2D/barcode reader can be used for product assignment to the traceability file and for automatic cleaning program selection.
