Wash
Parts in the oscillating basket are washed both-sides by system of fixed spray nozzles with the water based cleaning agent in a fully closed loop through complete mechanical filtration.
First Rinse
Machine performs first rinse down to required quality level using external rinse water input and drain.
Dry
Machine dries parts by convection hot air oven system.
Single Rack
Standard setup for cleaning soldering pallets.
Uniform Spray
Square pattern of fixed nozzles and high stroke oscillating rack provide highly reproducable cleaning results for every position of the part to clean in the chamber.
Intuitive Programming
HMI is PC controlled for easy programming and display of all process parameters. Each process step may have up to five sub steps for more precise setting on challenging cleaning tasks.
Liquid Pressure Monitoring
The pressure on the spray nozzles is continuously monitored by the control system. Values out of range typically indicates mechanical filter to be exchanged, or nozzles to be reviewed.
Usable Space
Maximal usable space for cleaned parts including specifically selected clamping.
Solder Pallet Separators
Simple, robust separators for soldering pallet cleaning.
Wire Baskets
Various sizes of baskets for any type of mechanical parts to clen.
