The awards were announced during a ceremony that took place Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022 during SMTA International.

Every PBT cleaning machine uses a patent-pending linear moving spray nozzle system, optimized for the water-based cleaning chemistry. HyperSWASH is two cleaning machines in one, with two flexible interchangeable setups. The COMBO offers expanded capacity in three baskets and the TWINGO can accommodate large and complex boards in two frames.
The flexible HyperSWASH covers a wide assortment of needs – cleaning the most challenging assemblies with the largest BGAs and QFNs. It enables also cleaning in magazines from IC packaging lines or special magazines supplied from PBT Works loaded/unloaded on standard SMT line loaders. The cleaner features an automated pushcart docking system, pushcart transloader for loading/unloading and customized MES connectivity.
